A Day in the Life

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating complex processes? We’re seeking a proactive Senior Tender Specialist to join our Pricing & Contracting Team. In this vital position, you will coordinate the full tender process in Greece, ensuring the preparation and submission of timely, compliant, and high-quality bids.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manage & coordinate the end-to-end tender preparation and submission process, from tender announcement to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Operating Units (OU) and Enterprise Accounts (EA) to align tender activities with overall business strategies and foster effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Prepare, issue, and manage tender documentation (such as RFQs, RFTs, RFIs), ensuring all submissions adhere to company policies and standards.
• Submit bids through relevant electronic platforms (e.g., iSupplies, Cosmoone).
• Work closely with internal teams to collect required documents and information, guaranteeing timely and complete submissions to Tendering Authorities.
• Track and manage contracts and documentation related to tenders and RFQs.
• Update company systems with accurate and up-to-date tender information.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Tendering / Pricing department
• Good working knowledge of I-supplies /Cosmo one/ ESIDIS platforms
• Knowledge of public procurement law (4412 and updates)
• Advanced MS office knowledge especially Excel &Word  
• English full working proficiency  
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure.  
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (will be considered a plus)
• Working knowledge of Vendavo (will be considered a plus)
