Job Description

Sibylline Americas is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to Join our People Branch.  The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Based in Arlington, VA, the successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our onsite employees, providing direct HR support, performance management, and employee relations. They will be focused on ensuring high-quality HR service that supports our strategy and ethos in the US.

 

In this role, the HRBP is expected to:

 

  • Be essential in establishing and driving HR and talent initiatives forward while ensuring they align with Sibylline's objectives.
  • Possess deep business acumen and understand the company and its challenges to help address the organization and talent needs. 
  • Be able to work at all levels of the HR "stack" — strategic, operational, and tactical- effectively, influence across all levels of a company and navigate through ambiguity, recognizing when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current production.  
  • Work as a partner on the global talent strategy with the company's business priorities to drive results, defines and drives the delivery of talent processes and programs, and actively participates in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business. 

 

This is a hybrid role requiring two to three days per week in the office. Additional in-office hours may be required depending on the need of the company.

 Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sibylline and clients to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units and provides timely information and education for all company levels on HR issues.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, calibration, and career transitions.
  • Monitors trends and metrics and helps to develop solutions, programs and policies in partnership with the People Branch leadership team.
