Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excels in delivering clear, engaging in-person and virtual presentations to diverse audiences. Employee Recognition Programs: Experienced in designing and managing awards and recognition initiatives to enhance engagement. Organization & Multi-tasking: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple training projects and priorities effectively.
