Bidding associates at Scanline support Executive Producers in administration duties during the bidding phase of a project . People who excel on this team are positive, self-starting, flexible of thought and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and a drive to problem solve. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and excellent communication, supporting multiple people within the team as well as manage priorities from external stakeholders.

KEY RESONSIBILITIES
- Help administer the global bidding systems for Scanline VFX
- Manage set up of new bidding projects for Scanline VFX productions globally
- Be the point of contact for issues with the Scanline VFX bidding systems
- Manage regular feedback meetings with Scanline VFX Bidding Producers and channel the feedback to the stakeholders
- Liaise with Scanline VFX Production Finance team and Scanline VFX Resource Management team to ensure that information from bidding systems are as expected
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum (5) years of experience working for a VFX studio/production house
- Excellent project management and client communication skills
- Expert in Excel and Google Sheets (SQL, Power Query, and Google BigQuery a plus)
- Expert in Shotgrid
- Proficient in Javascript
- Extensive production operations experience
