Your responsibilities

 

• Results and performance oriented commercial business development lead who is able to manage and support projects (at the office and in the field) with focus on commercial and business value creation in the green electrification and digital area
• Quantitative and qualitative evaluation, development and improvement of green electrification and digital businesses, business cases, go-to-market and sale strategies and their corresponding development scenarios
• Drive commercial business development in fast moving environments
• Proactive and continuous development of Uniper's Innovation strategy
• Develop new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships and co-operations
• Support interface to other Uniper functions for commercial aspects in business development
• Support representing innovation activities internally and externally

 

  

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, science or engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development and/or sales, ideally in energy, energy systems, telco, automotive or digital businesses
• Experience in identification, creation and evaluation of potential business models and ideas
• Able to lead the commercial implementation of business ideas and concepts in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary environments and complex structures as well as with external customers and partners
• Independent way of working and ability to deliver, organize and coordinate work in functional teams across all hierarchy levels
• Willingness to develop competences in the field of innovation management, business development and project management
• Ability to perform in changing environments and under time pressure
• Good communication and presentation skills. Good safety and diversity culture.
• Fluency in English; other languages is a plus
