Commercial Manager - Antenna Audio

About the Role
Ensure effective collaboration with the advertising market to maximize trade revenue and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Lead client service operations, and drive strong client relationships.

Job Description

• Monitor advertising market trends and customer performance (e.g., CPR, category spend, key accounts
• Design sales packages aligned with commercial strategy (ad hoc and recurring).
• Build and manage relationships with major advertisers, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
• Set and coordinate annual and monthly revenue targets.
• Finalize commercial agreements in line with company policy and oversee their execution.
• Report regularly on sales performance and progress toward targets.
• Guide and support Client Service Officers and Account Managers to meet sales goals.
• Lead daily sales meetings focused on revenue optimization and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure consistent application of commercial policy.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities across Group radios.
• Train, mentor, and align Client Service Officers with company objectives.
• Ensure smooth delivery of revenue plans throughout the year.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree  
• Specialized sales and advertising training
• 5+ years’ experience in sales, with strong media/advertising background
• Results-driven with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proven leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
• High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
