About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your leadership skills, analytical power, and financial acumen to help drive top- and bottom-line growth of a truly global organization? Well, here’s your chance!

The purpose of the Global Commercial Finance (GCF) function is to provide strategic advice and challenge to the Chief Retail Officer (CRO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and CEO/CFO organizations to help drive and accelerate business performance. The team is forward looking and creates value by improving the quality of decisions, which are made through analysis, insights and influence/clear recommendations. GCF works closely with Cluster FDs (and GMs) and their teams to drive global priorities (retail excellence, network strategy, store management etc.) and ensuring that our execution is linked well to the Phoenix strategy.

We are on a true growth journey, and the years ahead are going to be some of the most exciting in our history. Now you have the chance to be a key contributor to future growth in a newly established role as our VP in Global Commercial Finance (GCF). You will take strong personal ownership in driving best practices globally together with Cluster FDs and GMs in order to enable top and bottom line growth. As Pandora grows, we have a clear need to deepen commercial finance skill sets, elevate finance business partnering, and build proactive relationships between Global Office and Cluster finance teams to achieve our results.

GCF has a strong role in driving best practice across clusters, creating a coordinated and aligned effort to grow the top and bottom line. More specifically, your accountabilities will include:

  • Leading the Weekly/Monthly Trade Review process, while identifying key insights/trends, themes, best practices across channels, clusters, product cycles/newness including partnering with other functions.
  • Supporting the SVP, GCF with quarterly Commercial business performance review (BPR), by developing standard process, in partnership with Cluster FDs and identify opportunities over a longer trading period/trends, across channels and global benchmarks.
  • Creating clear target setting, forecasting & tracking processes to identify opportunities to further enhance top & bottom line.
  • Providing valuable insights, reports, analyses and recommendations regarding Pandora’s Omnichannel performance (physical store, ecommerce, Wholesale/Franchise).
