Accountant - IMMEDIATE START

Position Overview

The accountant will work with the leadership team to manage CareLink's daily financial operations. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, including CareLink's accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting functions.

This position is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform the monthly financial close process
• Issue accurate monthly financial reporting in a timely and efficient manner
• Participate in budgeting process, compile and issue budget reports
• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested and make recommendations as appropriate
• Perform account reconciliations and analysis
• Accounts payable management
• Accounts receivable management
• Daily Cash log and cash projections
• Collaborate with Biller to ensure third party and insurance billing is tracked into monthly financial reports
• Enhance and streamline accounting and financial reporting processes
• Monthly financial analysis for management and board
• Cash flow projections
• Audit requirements
• Annual budgeting
• Regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with other finance staff and work on special projects as needed

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or related field and at least one year of professional accounting experience is required.
