<h1>Senior Talent Partner - Tech</h1><p><strong>Location:</strong> Warsaw (2-3 days per week onsite)</p><p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Talent Lead</p><p></p><h2>Talent at hyperexponential</h2><p>Over the last 18 months the Talent team has been busily scaling the business from 30 to 120 people while simultaneously redefining our ways of working and implementing cutting-edge tools in preparation for our next phase of growth, which will see us grow to 250 people across London, Warsaw and New York.</p><p>We are currently a team of seven and we have two core sides of Talent; Technology and GTM (Go-To-Market). Our Technology teams are split between London and Warsaw so this side of Talent operates across both locations.</p><p>Our team is based upon ‘high-trust, high-accountability’, and the company culture is Talent-first so we are able to fully embed ourselves within teams to forge successful, collaborative partnerships.</p><p>We’re a data-driven team with a first-class TA tool suite including Ashby, Sourcewhale and Metaview, and we’re always looking for new ways to level ourselves up!</p><p></p><h2>Your mission</h2><p>As Senior Talent Partner you will partner with stakeholders across our Engineering and Product teams as they collectively scale from 50 to 100 people over the next year.</p><p>You will maintain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth interview process internally and an excellent candidate experience. You will also be our first non-engineering hire in our Warsaw office, which will give you an opportunity to be heavily involved in our employer brand &amp; community initiatives as we scale through 2024!</p><p></p><h2>Key responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Ensure successful delivery against our Tech hiring strategy, with a focus on time-to-fill and diversity</p></li><li><p>Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screenings to offer negotiation</p></li><li><p>Maintain consistent, high-quality and diverse candidate pipelines across all Technical and Product roles</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with senior leadership to stay ahead of changing hiring needs and be quick to adapt</p></li><li><p>Proactively engage with top-tier talent in the market and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates</p></li><li><p>Go the extra mile when it comes to candidate experience</p></li><li><p>Ensure data is always accurately recorded and updated in our ATS - Ashby - and other tools, maintaining a high level of data integrity</p></li><li><p>Provide clear, highly-informative and regular hiring progress updates to your stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Skills and experience required</h2><ul><li><p>7+ years’ recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years’ in-house Tech hiring experience</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in hiring across Software Engineering, Engineering Leadership, Product &amp; Design</p></li><li><p>Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle &amp; a proven ability and drive to deliver results and an inherent desire to not miss targets</p></li><li><p>Data driven and accustomed to establishing and using KPIs to measure and report on the pipeline health, results, diversity, quality and candidate experience</p></li><li><p>Significant stakeholder management experience in an advisory/consultative (Senior) Talent Partner role</p></li><li><p>Experience within a high-growth Series B+ tech scaleup is a plus!</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Interview Process</h2><ul><li><p>Initial call with our Talent Lead</p></li><li><p>Interview with our Head of Talent and Talent Lead</p></li><li><p>Live skills-based interview with our Head of Talent, Talent Lead and a member of our Technology leadership team</p></li><li><p>hyperexponential Values interview</p></li><li><p>We offer!</p></li></ul><h2></h2>
