Are you ready to jump onboard?</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>For our Sales Team in Norway we are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled <b>Sales Manager / Account Manager</b>. </span></span></p> <p><span><span>In this role, you will work together with 14 highly competent team members with responsibilities within Service Sales, Project Sales and Newbuild Sales, reporting to Head of Sales Norway. </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>The preferred<b> location</b> for the position is in <b>Rubbestadneset, Norway.</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Your main responsibilities</b><br/>  </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Maintain and further develop new and existing customer relationships</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Develop, report, and assume accountability for sales and support for assigned customer accounts</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Actively plan and implement customer visits providing a strong and professional support to our customers</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Identify and develop new sales projects, support decarbonization with a consultative and collaborative approach</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Sales project development, budgeting and offer preparation</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>Who are we looking for?</b><br/>  <br/> We believe you are proactive, self-driven and have a commercial mindset. You have excellent customer relationship skills, and you thrive during negotiations. You enjoy working in a dynamic and skilled team but you are also capable of independent work. If you in addition have passion for the maritime industry and sustainability, we believe you are a good fit!</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>In order for you to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have the following qualifications:</b><br/>  </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>A marine background and/or </span></span></li> <li><span><span>experience from engineering, technical sales or project management and/or </span></span></li> <li><span><span>5+ years’ experience from B2B sales, Business Development, Project Sales or Sales Account Management and/or</span></span></li> <li><span><span>The maritime industry with its drivers and influencers is known to you</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent communication skills, both in English and Norwegian</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>We can offer a varied and exciting role with challenging tasks.The sales manager is uniquely positioned to be where it happens – when it happens. You are required to be flexible in terms of working hours and travel.
