<span>As a VP of Sales at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies in Spain. Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.</span>  <br/> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Build &amp; grow our business in Spain;</li><li>Co-create and drive the sales strategy focused on winning new clients from direct brands and agencies;</li><li>Deliver revenue from new business and meet revenue targets through disciplined sales process and operational excellence;</li><li>Attend conferences and events while elevating the company's new brand recognition through various channels including social media;</li><li>Acquire &amp; manage talent to increase our sales force in the Spanish market.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in programmatic ad sales;</li><li>Strong book of business &amp; network among large brands and agencies (ideally on consultant/senior level);</li><li>Strategic seller able to solve client problems through consultative approach;</li><li>Type A personality - driven, success hungry, challenger;</li><li>Ability to move fast and maximize outcomes in a challenging environment;</li><li>Detail-oriented, strong analytical, decision-making and leadership skills;</li><li>Extremely client facing - actively joining meetings;</li><li>Good speaker, communicator, presenter able to represent the new entity in front of Spanish media.</li><br/></ul> <h3>Why Adlook?</h3> <ul> <li>You will have a direct impact on the success of the Spanish entity, which will become a strategic revenue source for Adlook Group.
