Teams of IT and Banking Support Activities work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting all the business lines and country platforms.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Main tasks and goals</strong>: Your main missions will be to:</p><ul><li>Ensuring the quality and checking the data in the CRM tool;</li><li>Participating with the customer relations managers in the annual review of passports;</li><li>Ensuring the operational follow-up of action plans in our target buildings (following reorganizations, relocations, etc.) in conjunction with the customer relations managers and project managers;</li><li>Strengthen links with the Workplace operational teams by organizing progress reviews;</li><li>Leading operational meetings between customers and Workplace teams;</li><li>Suggest ways of improving existing processes;</li><li>Participate in the revision of processes following feedback from customers;</li><li>Guaranteeing existing processes. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in customer relations would be a plus (not mandatory);</li><li>Communication and synthesis skills and knows how to interact effectively at all levels of the organization;</li><li>Rigorous and open-minded, you know how to analyze and solve problems and propose solutions;</li><li>Knowledge of technical building management;</li><li>Pro-active and a team player;</li><li>Cooperation and working cross-functionally;</li><li>Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) would be a plus (not mandatory);</li><li>Facilities maintenance;</li><li>Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) would be a plus (not mandatory);</li><li>MS Office and CRM tools;</li><li><strong>Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English (mandatory)</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Empathy;</li><li>Communication;</li><li>Teamwork;</li><li>Analytical Thinking and Innovation;</li><li>Active listening. </li></ul><p><strong>Only English CV's will be consider.</strong></p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At Natixis, we are committed to fostering a working environment where each and every one of our people is treated with dignity and respect and where every voice is heard.
