Senior SAP Application Consultant - Payroll

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for development, maintenance, and support of SAP Denmark KMD Payroll Solution with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay functionalities. You’ll play an active role in discussing requirements and implementing changes. As an expert of this area, you’ll ensure smooth operations by handling support tickets. You’ll make good use of your solid technical understanding and implementation or support experience with KMD Payroll Solution with focus on KMD Payroll Configuration, Payroll Functions and Schema, SuccessFactors Compensation Management, and Variable Pay.

You’ll be part of People ART where you, together with your colleagues, will support People & Development and Global People Services teams. You’ll collaborate closely with the business to ensure innovation and automation of our SAP environment. You’ll join a loyal and enthusiastic team with a friendly and supportive tone committed to doing their best every day according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

 

You’ll play an important role in:

• implementing new functionalities and changes required in KMD SAP Payroll Solution for Denmark
• converting business requirements into application design
• taking responsibility for the overview of applications and solutions
• ensuring timely resolution of payroll-related issues raised in ticketing platform
• ensuring successful execution of i.e., KMD Payroll Patch Upgrade, Salary Review in SuccessFactors (SF) Compensation, Bonus Review in SF Variable Pay, SAP Upgrade, and SF half-yearly release
• staying on top of the latest technology and strategic upgrades and having an overview of the existing solutions to act as a trusted advisor for the business.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

• have in-depth knowledge of KMD Payroll Solution for Denmark
• are experienced in the implementation, maintenance, and support of KMD Payroll Solution for Denmark
• understand integration points of SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Compensation, and Variable Pay with other SAP modules and applications
• are outgoing and have a consulting mindset while thriving in an international environment and being able to create good relationships with your stakeholders
• can prioritise and manage your time and tasks and know when to ask for support
• work in a structured manner with attention to detail.
