Your leadership will set the standard for success in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About your tasks:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leadership and Development</strong>: Lead and mentor a diverse team of over 1,100 employees, including department leads, shift managers, team leaders, and operational staff, fostering growth and development at every level.</li><li><strong>Oversee Daily Operations Across Shifts</strong>: Plan and coordinate staffing requirements, set productivity targets, and ensure their achievement through close collaboration with department leads and their teams.</li><li><strong>Process Optimization</strong>: Conduct thorough analyses of logistics workflows, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLAs, turnaround times, and cost per order, and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency.</li><li><strong>Support Organizational Growth</strong>: Anticipate and address growth demands by utilizing forecasts for proactive planning. Spearhead capacity planning and efficiency initiatives to support scalable site operations.</li><li><strong>Strategic Collaboration</strong>: Partner with senior leadership to implement long-term logistics strategies, ensuring alignment with future business objectives and growth demands. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Leadership Skills</strong>: You have experience in leading a large logistics site or as an operations manager at a logistics facility.</li><li><strong>E-Commerce Experience</strong>: Ideally, you have worked in a similar role within e-commerce and understand the unique demands of this dynamic sector.</li><li><strong>Strategic and Operational Thinking</strong>: You excel in both daily operational tasks and strategic thinking, with the ability to plan and develop the site continuously.</li><li><strong>Team Player with Decision-Making Ability</strong>: You lead your team with empathy and assertiveness, make clear decisions, and set an example through your actions.</li><li><strong>Language Skills</strong>: You are fluent in English to communicate effectively in our international environment. Also, you have sufficient knowledge of German.
