Job Description
As the Talent Development Director, you will own the design, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive learning and development programs. Additionally, you will integrate talent assessment and performance management system capabilities to ensure a holistic approach to employee development and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key competencies and skills, integrating talent assessment insights.
- Program Design and Implementation:
- Design and implement innovative learning programs, leveraging talent assessment data to tailor programs to individual and team needs.
- Integrate performance management system capabilities to align learning initiatives with career development goals.
- Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality training materials, ensuring alignment with talent assessment results and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with talent management experts to incorporate performance metrics into learning content.
- Technology Integration:
- Stay abreast of healthcare software advancements and integrate relevant technologies into learning programs.
- Implement learning management systems and performance management tools for a seamless employee development experience.
- Leadership Development:
- Create leadership development programs incorporating talent assessment for succession planning.
- Utilize performance management insights to tailor leadership training to address specific skill gaps and development needs.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop and implement assessment mechanisms to measure the impact of learning programs and talent development initiatives.
- Utilize performance management data to assess employee effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, aligning learning programs with talent development objectives.
- Communicate the link between talent assessment, performance management, and learning initiatives to promote holistic employee growth.
- Compliance and Regulatory Training:
- Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations, incorporating talent assessment for compliance training.
- Integrate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of compliance training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in learning and development; within the healthcare software industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology trends and talent assessment methodologies.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful learning programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning platforms, talent assessment tools, and performance management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
