Flawless is looking for a Post Production Coordinator to join our Production Studio.   It’s a very exciting time to be joining Flawless, with over 100 employees across London and LA, working with major Hollywood studios on movies with A list actors and also leading advertising agencies and brands. Our groundbreaking AI powered tools, allow any new dialogue to be visually lip synced without the need to reshoot or go back to set. As a Talent Coordinator you will have direct impact in the successful scaling of a industry leading, innovative generative AI company changing the future of film making. You will support all lines of business in our US offices, managing all aspects of interview scheduling, interview prep materials, creating custom interview evaluation questions, and helping plan and execute global recruiting events for the company. This will include AI Conferences like CVPR, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, ECCV etc. This role will report to the Head of Talent and support a small team of recruiters, and hiring managers from first line leaders to the C-Suite level.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lever ATS
• Experience with G-Suite
• Have 5+ years in talent coordination for high volume interview scheduling, across multiple lines of business
• Must have incredible attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Experience in organizing, planning and executing global recruiting events
• Bonus skill is any talent operations experience
