  • You are strong communicator and comfortable working with internal and external groups. 

  • You have a minimum of 1-year work experience in Early Talent Campus Recruiting and/or Early Talent Recruiting Coordinating. 

 

Other Preferred Job Requirements: 

  • You are experienced with high volume recruiting for interns and co-ops. 

  • You have coordinated and executed go-to campus recruiting activities to best engage a diverse candidate pipeline (school job boards, career fairs, info sessions, on-campus interviews, affinity groups, hack-a-thons etc.) 

  • You work with target school and diversity organization contacts to align early talent recruiting efforts with business objectives and to identify the best opportunities to expand our presence and branding on-campus. 

  • You embrace new technology and constantly look for ways to automate processes. 

  • You feel comfortable navigating an ATS (Workday preferred), Microsoft Office Products and other recruiting tools. 

This role will be a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta, GA office.
