Join us and be a part of a team that values your professional growth and personal well-being!Starting Pay: $83k DOEWho We Need The Program Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management, staff supervision, and quality assurance to ensure the well-being and rehabilitation of youth residents in a 24/7 treatment environment. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with various stakeholders. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field required and a minimum of (5) years or more experience in behavioral health
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/program management experience required. Experience working in a youth residential treatment program highly preferred
Must be currently independently licensed as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) highly preferred
Ability to pass a full background clearance to include state background check clearance
TB Test clearance is required at the time of hire and annually
Pre-Employment Physical clearance required
Must have valid state Driver’s License, state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain the company’s acceptable driving requirements

JOB SUMMARY (Including, but not limited to):

Develop, implement, and manage the overall program operations, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care and treatment for youth residents.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and nurturing environment that supports the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members.
Collaborate with the clinical team to create individualized treatment plans.
Monitors member engagement goals for all staff, proactively addresses underperformance and oversees the coaching and progressive management process to ensure engagement goals are met.
Consistently communicates the Copa Health vision and mission to staff and behavioral health recipients. Facilitates the integration of a trauma-informed approach and the Principles of Recovery philosophy and into everyday clinical practice and clinic operations. Success will be measured thro
