Responsibilities:

• provide regular data maintenance and development of the required controlling & sales reports
• creation and management of data flows (primary, secondary sales, product categories, geography, etc.)
• input and maintenance of customer trade conditions into SAP, keeping overview of open revenue deductions accruals
• SAP key user for Trade budget management
• IT coordination: hardware purchase, communication with IT external and internal providers, internal IT tickets
• description of business processes

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience and Education
• higher technical / profile education
• experience as analyst, sales analyst or controlling
• advanced level of English and Czech
• very good knowledge of Excel, MS Access and macros
• analytic / operational mindset
• ability to set the goal correctively, structure the projects and information, and make correct conclusions
• result oriented
• good communication skills
