About the role

POSITION SUMMARY:

Natera is seeking a friendly and resourceful Administrative Business Partner to support executives and our office in San Carlos. As part of our Executive Services Organization, the Administrative Business Partner will perform a myriad of office-related tasks, support our Laboratory and Regulatory Affairs, Organ Health Marketing, Medical Affairs and Program Management Groups, and act as a backup to our receptionist. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with departments across the organization as well as visitors, always keeping our patients and customers top of mind. An interest in growing within the Natera administrative organization is a plus!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide proactive, high-quality, general administrative support, including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation and processing and general office tasks.
  • Provide primary backup support for front desk personnel.
  • Responsible for meeting set up and break down including catering, equipment, room arrangement, and materials.
  • Manage various group meetings, including compiling and running slides, taking notes and action items.
  • Ensure vendor payment requests are submitted to appropriate parties and that payments are processed promptly.
  • File company contracts in the contract management system.
  • Assist with planning companywide events.
  • Other office projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

•  Strong command of Google Suite, and Microsoft Office, and work with ticketing system (JIRA) preferred.

•  Hybrid working arrangement; must be in the office 2-3 days a week

•  Ability to work as part of a large team and smaller task teams, juggling competing priorities.

•  Strong communication skills, including writing, proofing, speaking, and listening.

•  Excellent demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

•  Demonstrated efficiency, speed, and accuracy.

•  Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize.

 

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.San Carlos, CA $26.44$33.65 USD
