You are comfortable operating in complex, multi-site, multi-vendor environments where accuracy and speed matter.<br/>You can:<ul><li>Architect, implement, troubleshoot, and document solutions</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams</li><li>Own deployments end-to-end</li><li>Analyze logs, interpret packet captures, and build rules based on findings</li><li>Create diagrams, automate repetitive tasks, and work with global delivery teams</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting enterprise customers<strong> </strong></li></ul><br/><strong>What You Will Do</strong><ul><li>Lead end-to-end deployments and configurations of Meraki SD-WAN and Cisco SD-WAN architectures.</li><li>Design and implement secure enterprise networks, including routing, switching, wireless, segmentation, and firewall integrations.</li><li>Architect, configure, and troubleshoot:</li><li>BGP, OSPF, VRFs, routing policy design</li><li>Cisco ISE (NAC, profiling, posture, 802.1X)</li><li>Cisco WLAN (controllers, APs, RF design, optimization)</li><li>Check Point firewalls (rules, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting)</li><li>Meraki networks (MX, MS, MR, SD-WAN, dashboard automation)</li><li>Analyze traffic flows using packet captures, Wireshark, and firewall logs to identify issues and create/adjust firewall rules.</li><li>Build detailed network diagrams, topology maps, runbooks, and technical documentation using Visio or Lucidchart.</li><li>Perform advanced troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud environments.</li><li>Collaborate with Senior/Lead Architects on design validation and architectural governance.</li><li>Participate in customer workshops and planning sessions, articulating technical decisions and trade-offs.</li><li>Provide escalation support during major incidents, critical cutovers, and high-impact projects.</li><li>Ensure best practices, standardized configurations, and security frameworks are consistently applied.</li></ul><br/><strong>Automation &amp; Scripting</strong><ul><li>Develop scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Ansible) to automate configuration, audits, and deployment tasks.</li><li>Contribute to reusable configuration templates, automated workflows, and network-as-code initiatives.</li><li>Assist in implementing CI/CD-style approaches for network configuration management.</li></ul><br/><strong>Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong><ul><li>Work closely with PMs, engineers, and security teams to ensure seamless project delivery.</li><li>Mentor intermediate engineers and participate in technical design reviews.</li><li>Evaluate emerging networking technologies and contribute to Jolera’s strategic roadmap.<br/></li></ul><br/><strong>Must-Have Technical Expertise</strong><ul><li>Meraki SD-WAN – Multi-site deployments, templates, policy configuration, routing integration.</li><li>Cisco Networking – Catalyst, Nexus, ISR/ASR, enterprise WLAN, Cisco ISE.</li><li>Routing &amp; Switching:BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRFs, LACP, VLANs, STP, QoS</li><li>Firewalls:</li><li>Check Point (strong hands-on)</li><li>Meraki MX (advanced)</li><li>Fortigate/Palo Alto exposure (nice to have)</li><li>Tools &amp; Automation:</li><li>Visio, Lucidchart</li><li>Wireshark, packet capture analysis</li><li>Python, Ansible, YAML templates</li><li>Automation-focused mindset</li><li>Diagnostic Expertise:</li><li>Log analysis</li><li>Firewall rule evaluation</li><li>Packet analysis</li><li>Root-cause troubleshooting</li></ul><strong>Experience &amp; Soft Skills</strong><ul><li>7–12+ years of hands-on network engineering in enterprise or MSP/GSI environments.</li><li>Strong customer-facing communication skills; able to explain concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent high-priority tasks.</li><li>Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight timelines.</li></ul><strong><br/>Certifications</strong><ul><li>CCNP (preferred), CCNA (required)</li><li>Cisco SD-WAN specialis
