<h3>Job Description</h3><p>At SCAYLE Payments, Product Managers help build innovative payments products our customers love. Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between finance, risk &amp; compliance, engineering, and customer-facing teams. In order to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving the development and enhancement of our post-transactional product domain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing the complete payment lifecycle, from customer checkout to post-transactional activities like reconciliation, payout, settlement and reporting.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the strategic vision, product discovery and roadmap for one of our core product domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs</li><li>Collaborate closely with numerous stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of our products</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in prioritizing and resolving operational issues, identifying technical dependencies, and assessing their impact on the business</li><li>Analyze payment data and trends to identify opportunities for optimization, revenue growth, and cost reduction</li><li>Act as a role model for your team, inspiring motivation, enthusiasm, and critical thinking while actively driving progress within your assigned product domain</li><li>Encourage logical reasoning and strategic decision-making to tackle complex challenges and achieve product goals effectively</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who you are</strong></p><ul><li>You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech product management, demonstrating a solid grasp of one of the following post-transactional processes: reconciliation, settlement and payout</li><li>You have a solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and treasury operations</li><li>You are familiar  with financial tools and systems, such as ERP software, treasury management systems, and accounting software</li><li>You are familiar with diverse payment methods, encompassing credit/debit cards, alternative payment methods (APMs) like PayPal, Klarna, digital wallets such as ApplePay, GooglePay and local payment methods (LPMs) like iDeal, PayU, Pix, Sofort, SEPA, etc.</li><li>You are familiar with payment industry regulations, compliance, and security standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2 in the European region</li><li>You are data-savvy, and love to use analytics to identify improvements on performance or commercial opportunities</li><li>You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</li><li>You are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and services<br/>  </li></ul><p><strong>Nice to haves</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>You have experience working with payment service providers like Adyen, Klarna, PayPal, PayU, Nexi/Concardis, etc and have a solid understanding of at least one of their settlement &amp; payout processes</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Grow together with one of the fastest growing eCommerce companies in Europe</li><li>Flexible working times</li><li>40% discount on our online shop</li><li>Fresh fruits + drinks everywhere at the Office</li><li>Language courses (German &amp; English)</li><li>Free sports courses &amp; reduced price for gym membership</li><li>Mobility subsidy</li><li>Free choice of hardware and operating system (Mac, Windows, Linux) also for private usage</li><li>State-of-the-art tech stack running on AWS</li><li>Modern office in the city center of Hamburg</li><li>Remote work on Mondays and Fridays</li><li>International working environment and English as company language</li><li>Company flats (subject to availability)</li><li>Agile work environment (MOVE) and cross-functional teams</li><li>Free access to Germany’s greatest developer conference code.talks</li><li>Company pension scheme</li><li>Help in relocation and VISA process</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>YOU ARE THE CORE OF ABOUT YOU.</strong><br/> We take responsibility for creating an inclusive and exceptional environment where all genders, nationalities, and ethnicities feel welcomed and accepted exactly as they are.
