Senior System Analyst

<span id="spandesc"> <span> We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to join the digital banking division, a leading Polish financial institution recognised for its innovation in digital services. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering customer-facing functionality within the bank’s mobile and online banking channels, used daily by hundreds of thousands of users. <span> </span> </span> <span> You will be responsible for end-to-end system analysis, from gathering business needs to preparing technical specifications, supporting system integrations, and collaborating closely with product, development, UX, and QA teams. <span> </span> </span> <b> Main Responsibilities: </b> <span> </span> <ul> <li> Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit and analyse business needs and convert them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements. <span> </span> </li> </ul> </span> <li> Design and document IT solutions for mobile and electronic banking applications, ensuring alignment with user expectations and system architecture. <span> </span> </li> <li> Define integration requirements using REST and SOAP services and collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth API implementation. <span> </span> </li> <li> Support developers, testers, and UX designers in understanding system logic and functional flows. <span> </span> </li> <li> Produce and maintain documentation including use cases, data models, state diagrams, and process maps using UML, BPMN, and tools like Enterprise Architect. <span> </span> </li> <li> Participate in the preparation and validation of test cases and acceptance criteria. <span> </span> </li> <li> Conduct impact assessments and ensure compliance with internal IT architecture and security standards. <span> </span> </li> <li> Use tools such as Postman, Swagger, SQL, and SOAP UI to test and validate integration flows. <span> </span> </li> <li> Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative development cycles. </li> <span id="spanreq"> <h3> Requirements </h3> <ul> <li> Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, ideally in the banking or financial sector. <span> </span> </li> </ul> </span> <li> Experience working on mobile or internet banking solutions, with an understanding of digital customer journeys and security considerations. <span> </span> </li> <li> Strong knowledge of UML, BPMN, and CASE tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect). <span> </span> </li> <li> Hands-on experience with integration technologies – RESTful APIs, SOAP, and related tools (Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI). <span> </span> </li> <li> Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data. <span> </span> </li> <li> Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile PM). <span> </span> </li> <li> Strong communication skills in Polish and good written and spoken English (min.
