Senior Mobile Developer

Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.. </p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Mobile Engineer</strong> with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new outsourced challenging projects. </p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Development, testing, and maintenance of Android mobile applications using Kotlin or Flutter.</li><li>Design and implementation of responsive UI with a focus on improving user experience.</li><li>Collaboration with UX/UI designers and backend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.</li><li>Implementation of best practices for performance, security, and scalability of applications.</li><li>Participation in code reviews and technical discussions to improve code quality.</li><li>Integration of third-party APIs and tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Play Services).</li><li>Keeping up with new trends and technologies in mobile development and applying them to development processes.</li><li>Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, providing guidance and support in their development.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in Android mobile application development using Kotlin or Flutter.</li><li>Experience in the full application development lifecycle (design, development, testing, release, and support).</li><li>Strong skills in Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, or the Flutter Framework.</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSockets for application communication.</li><li>Good knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git).</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g., Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).</li><li>Excellent understanding of mobile application design principles, including Material Design Guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>An attractive salary package</li><li>Private health insurance plan</li><li>Career development and growth opportunities</li><li>An amazing private &amp; open-office workspace in Athens</li><li>Continuous training via personalized seminars</li><li>Stable and enjoyable working environment #LI_Hybrid</li></ul>
