As a Senior UX Writer & Translation Manager at EQS Group, you will own the voice of our Compliance Cockpit Platform and ensure our product experience is clear, consistent, and human. You’ll collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to write, review, and refine product copy and lead our translation and localization processes to ensure every user, regardless of language, has a first-class experience. 

This is an opportunity to combine creativity, structure, and strategy: defining our UX copy standards, managing translations, and introducing modern, AI-powered ways of working that scale across teams and languages.
