A once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of! </span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>As our Global Sustainability Manager, you are responsible for </span></span><span><span>managing programs and reporting related to Coty`s sustainability priorities. </span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span>Your main focus: </span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Co-leading annual sustainability reporting compliance with CSRD &amp; in accordance with voluntary sustainability reporting frameworks.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Co-managing external reporting, questionnaire and assessment from external stakeholders and being the main point of contact &amp; coordinator for replying to fashion house &amp; retailer requests on sustainability related topics.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Co-managing the overall ESG data collection &amp; external audit/verification process.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Supporting in designing, developing, and documenting internal controls for sustainability reporting in line with internal &amp; external developments.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Supporting in building global sustainability partnerships &amp; memberships as well as engagement </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Managing collaboration with other Coty functions, notably corporate affairs, procurement, supply chain, R&amp;D, facilities to develop Coty’s sustainability policies.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Monitoring sustainability practices of industry peers, newly developed standards, and expectations of external stakeholders, and communicating key findings.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Creating training materials for functions and teams to both educate on sustainability best practices as well as drive sustainability culture in the company.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Helping to plan and coordinate events held by Sustainability Office, such as sustainability champions connects and face-to-face workshops &amp; summits, as well as providing administrative support to Sustainability Office.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Working for Coty means being curious &amp; proactive, we are still in building &amp; co-creation mode.
