That's why we're seeking a passionate procurement professional to lead globally, in collaboration with our central and local sustainability teams and our regional procurement teams, the investments in collection, sorting, and recycling initiatives. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact on the environment while advancing our sustainability goals, this is your opportunity to join us.<br/> <br/> In this role, you will report to the Director Procurement, Innovation &amp; Sustainability. You will be based in either Modena, Italy or Lund, Sweden and spend an estimated 15% of your time travelling.</p> <h2>What you will do</h2> <ul> <li>Develop and lead the global procurement strategy for collection, sorting, and recycling initiatives, including UBC recycling equipments and environmental services in alignment with company objectives.</li> <li>Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and partners for UBC recycling equipments investment and co-investments opportunities and for collection/sorting/recycling services, promotional activities and other environmental services together with stakeholders and procurement regional teams.</li> <li>Drive the strategy regional execution with regional supply managers; facilitate collaboration and communication between regional procurement teams to ensure consistency and alignment in strategy execution.</li> <li>Support regional supplier management team in sourcing, contracting and supplier relationship management for key collaborations in the region.</li> <li>Act as a central point of contact for cross-regional procurement initiatives, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.</li> <li>Provide leadership and guidance on sustainable procurement practices, ensuring compliance with environmental and ethical standards across regions.</li> </ul> <h2>We believe you have</h2> <p>As a person, you are action-driven with a high level of commitment. You have demonstrated excellent communication skills and have a proven ability to manage internal and external relationships in a cooperative, diplomatic and successful manner. You have a strong drive for results with hands on experience of executing changes in a global environment. You can deal with ambiguity &amp; continuous change in terms of work scope and challenges identified.<br/> <br/> You possess a master degree within business management, engineering or similar, you have worked in an international environment, with 5+ years experience in global procurement category management, strategic sourcing including negotiations at executive level and in CAPEX/OPEX investments and co-investments.
