We work with clients to deliver certainty and maximize their return on investment, delivering effective program management, project and cost management and project controls services.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Turner &amp; Townsend are looking for a Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale construction projects as well as within one or more of the following : Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Oil &amp; Gas, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Chemical or similarly complex asset type.</p><p><strong>Job Objectives</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and monitor master plan schedule</li><li>Prepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule</li><li>Integrate various contract packages into master plan schedule</li><li>Review contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client</li><li>Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client</li><li>Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project</li><li>Interact with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule</li><li>Develop mitigation plans</li><li>Assess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report</li><li>Put forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim</li><li>Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project schedule</li><li>Work out site logistic planning for project</li><li>Prepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM</li><li>Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects.</li><li>Excellent command of English </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Develops good working relationships with project team</li><li>The tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><p>At Turner &amp; Townsend we want our people to succeed in both work and life, we promote a healthy, productive and flexible environment.
