Catch the ride!<p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p></p>Job Description<p><b><span>Senior Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the B2C strategy to drive growth across Autodoc’s B2C business. Working closely with the Head of B2C Strategy, this role is responsible for co-developing the overarching customer-centric B2C strategy &amp; country-level strategies for key growth markets and implementing those strategies to deliver tangible business impact. This role will work with cross-functional teams to drive timely and efficient execution of strategy.</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate with the head of B2C strategy to define, refine and execute the overarching customer-centric B2C strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Co-develop and tailor country-level strategies, aligning them with the overall business objectives while addressing local market dynamics and customer needs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate strategy into actionable plans with clearly defined initiatives, roadmaps, and KPIs, ensuring successful execution and business impact across key strategic pillars.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive cross-functional implementation of the B2C initiatives. Manage, proactively problem-solve and optimize the execution process, ensuring timely delivery and continuous value realization.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform and refine the ongoing strategy and support decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leverage data and analytics to generate insights and transform them into actionable business strategies and <span><span>recommendations. </span></span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Master’s degree in Business or comparable relevant studies. </span></p></li><li><p><span><b>9+ years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy roles.
