Then this opportunity is for you!</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>About this position:</span></b></p><p><span>Manufacturing Development is a support function consisting of 9 Project Managers and manufacturing specialists, working together in an open and trustful manner. We are part of Agilent’s OFS division <span>(Order-Fulfillment-Supply)</span> consisting of more than 5000 employees worldwide. Specifically, we support the manufacturing site in Denmark, consisting of some 250 staff. The main responsibilities of project managers in the department include:</span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Serving as <b>1 point of entry </b>to new tasks coming from business units or from upper management in OFS (i.e. cross-divisional coordination).</span></li><li><b><span>Providing project leadership </span></b><span>and portfolio management to larger, more complex tasks across manufacture, which typically involves cross divisional and functional projects (typically NPI’s, product transfers, new technology development &amp; implementation)</span></li><li><b><span>Driving development </span></b><span>of local manufacture capability in relation to all aspects, new business (NPI’s), modernization of site, corporate strategy, authority expectations etc.</span></li><li><b><span>Ensuring all necessary activities </span></b><span>and documentation related to transfer &amp; launch of new products, processes and tech upgrades in Agilent are performed according to Agilent QMS and authority expectations.</span></li><li><span>To provide coordination of <b><u>critical </u>support </b>to production, drive troubleshooting, systematic problem solving, SME knowledge etc. when needed.</span></li><li><b><span>Reaching out and connecting </span></b><span>with other sites in Agilent for future manufacture development</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>The nature of tasks and projects in Manufacturing Development is by nature cross functional, often with a scientific and/or GMP aspect.</span></p><p></p><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><span>Drive projects according to the department responsibilities</span></li><li><span>Make plans and follow up with all relevant manufacture departments, up until launch</span></li><li><span>Analyse and identify new opportunities for improvement projects across the production area</span></li><li><span>Drive <span>optimization/modernization</span> projects in manufacture using industry 4.0 </span></li><li><span>Stakeholder management in Manufacture, R&amp;D, QA, Marketing, RA etc standards</span></li><li><span>Provide scientific and project management ad hoc support to all departments in manufacture</span></li><li><span>Provide critical manufacturing support and <span>coordination/management</span> of troubleshooting</span></li></ul><p><b><span> </span></b></p><p><b><span>Background</span></b></p><ul><li><span>(Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharma, etc.)<b><span>Life Science</span></b> <b>Engineering,</b> in <b><span>PhD Degree</span></b> or <b><span>Master's</span></b>- </span></li><li><span> <b><span>Experience</span></b> in <b><span>Project Management</span></b> in <b><span>Production</span></b> or <b><span>R&amp;D</span></b>, within the <b><span>pharma</span></b> or <b><span>medical</span></b> sector</span></li><li><span>Flair for the business side of the project, present business cases, use financial tools (ROI, NPV)</span></li><li><span>Keen analytical skills, adept with data, systematic problem solving</span></li><li><span>(Good Manufacturing Practices)<b><span>GMP</span></b> of <b><span>Knowledge</span></b>- </span></li><li><span>Full fluency in <b><span>English</span></b>.
