We are constantly pushing the boundaries, conducting hundreds of AB tests, and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience for both our students and tutors.</p> <p><strong>As a member of the Supply Operations squad</strong>, you’ll join the <strong>Tutor Development team</strong>, which focuses on delivering life-changing learning experiences for tutors. In this role, you will lead how we educate tutors on Preply’s platform, features, tools, and best practices - ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. You will work cross-functionally to design and deliver high-impact training programs, manage our learning infrastructure, and help tutors thrive by making complex changes simple and actionable.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design and deliver scalable learning experiences for tutors on how Preply works, including onboarding, product updates, and policy/process changes</li> <li>Partner with subject matter experts to develop inclusive, high-quality asynchronous learning solutions that support tutor performance and continuous professional development (CPD)</li> <li>Coordinate and facilitate live training delivery across regions (eg. webinars, conference)</li> <li>Own our learning tools, leading the evaluation and replacement of the current LMS (Thinkific), managing vendor selection, implementation, and long-term maintenance</li> <li>Define and implement the most effective formats for each training type (e.g. async courses, microlearning, live sessions)</li> <li>Collaborate with Communication, Product, and Data teams to ensure tutor training is timely, targeted, and engaging</li> <li>Analyze content performance and user feedback to continuously optimise learning impact and reach</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you need to succeed</strong></h3> <p>Are you passionate about helping others learn at scale? Do you have a sharp eye for content quality and delivery formats, and know when a course, a webinar, or a one-pager is the right solution?</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or training-focused roles</li> <li>Experience in design and delivery of scalable online training (e.g. microlearning, video, webinars)  using frameworks like ADDIE or SAM</li> <li>Proficiency at e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise, Captivate) and webinar facilitation</li> <li>Clear communicator with excellent writing skills for training and process documentation</li> <li>Comfortable using data tools (e.g. Looker) to evaluate performance and continuously improve learning impact</li> <li>Confident working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams (Product, Comms, Data) to build targeted, high-quality content</li> <li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in global marketplaces or freelancer platforms (e.g., Uber, Fiverr, Coursera, Upwork), ideally in cross-functional product or operations environments</li> <li>Familiarity with multimedia content creation (basic video editing, visual design, or audio narration)</li> <li>Experience designing teacher training courses or applying AI tools to enhance teaching and educator development</li> <li>Experience with social or community-driven learning formats (e.g. cohort based, social learning)</li> <li>Experience with social or community-driven learning formats (e.g., AMAs, peer engagement, reflective prompts)</li> <li>Proficiency in additional languages (especially Spanish)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why you’ll love it at Preply</strong></h3> <ul> <li>An open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture;</li> <li>A generous monthly allowance for lessons on<a href="http://preply.com"> Preply.com</a>, Learning &amp; Development budget and time off for your self-development;</li> <li>A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance;</li> <li>Not in Barcelona?
