About the role
<p>The CTO function, as a robust capability that drives execution with a value realization focus, supports each Comex function in designing and implementing transformational initiatives and some key projects while steering the overall transformation.</p>
<p>The Senior Consultant , key member of the team,will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles , …). </p>
<p>The senior consultant will be responsible for :</p>
<ul>
<li>providing effective support to the business across all topics of process reengineering needs, with core focus on process simplification, standardization, and automation, as well as consideration of controls and how these controls can be preventative and automated. </li>
<li>rolling out the defined Process Management Framework and Process Reengineering unified approach across the organization (including methodologies, BPMN language, Process Taxonomy, tooling, … through specific process reengineering initiatives and training, communication, change management support)</li>
</ul>
<p>The key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Consultant include (and are not limited to):</p><ul><li>Interact with all levels of management and collaborate with various departments to understand their unique process needs and challenges</li><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments on existing processes and KPIs, document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes </li><li>Provide expertise based on previous experience with training and technical assistance, business process analysis, change management, and other performance improvement </li><li>Provide guidance and advice to senior leaders on the most effective and efficient use of resources to ensure positive and measurable outcomes </li><li>Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support Operations processes </li><li>Support the further development, and evolvement of the process management framework and feedback loops with the business/process owners for continuous improvements mindset and effective collaboration </li><li>Support the implementation of operational KPIs and reporting/monitoring mechanisms to deliver visibility, change management, and interact effectively (using data) with staff and senior leadership </li><li>Monitor process reengineering timelines, coordinate with stakeholders & other internal “partners” (i.e. T&S BPs, Tech&Data, Automation Factory, ICS …) to ensure value add delivery within the agreed timelines</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement and cultivate a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement</li></ul>
<ul><li>At least 8 years of progressive experience in Business analysis/ business improvement/ performance measurement / project implementation </li><li>Demonstrated track record of reengineering business processes and driving adoption across an organization/department </li><li>Clear understanding of business process streamlining methodologies </li><li>Accredited in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology- preferable </li><li>Has managed functional processes </li><li>Experience of implementing continuous improvement processes </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bizagi (training will be provided)</li><li>Must have experience in Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and/or Kanban)</li></ul>
