You'll play an essential role in streamlining production efficiency and ensuring high compliance within the department. Engaging with deviations, being proactive in workplace observation walks, and supporting compliance initiatives will be your primary tasks as you take charge within the team.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Main Areas of Focus: Core Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Informal lead for a couple of GMP supporters</li><li>Oversee and resolve GMP-related deviations and changes efficiently.</li><li>Conduct scheduled GEMBA walks to maintain housekeeping and safety standards.</li><li>Drive quality improvements, supporting GMP training and initiatives.</li><li>Participate in audits and inspections, and present insightful quality trends and reports.</li><li>Provide informal support and guidance to other GMP Supporters, fostering teamwork and collaboration.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications: Your Path to Success</span></b></p><p><b><span>Professional Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, pharmacy, or equivalent.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry with a focus on cGMP.</li><li>Familiarity with complex quality processes within GMP environments.</li><li>Solid analytical skills to handle data management and report generation.</li><li>Proficient communication skills in Danish and English.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Personal Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Structured, reliable, and committed to quality and compliance.</li><li>A proactive problem solver with strong teamwork capabilities.</li><li>Positive attitude with a focus on fostering collaboration and effective workflows.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>About the Department</span></b></p><p>Join a fast-growing, enthusiastic, and diverse department of 130-140 full-time members in our Dispensary, Campaign Support &amp; Solution Preparation department.
