(Senior) Manager, Business & Partnership Development

<p><b>ROLE DESCRIPTION</b></p> <p>We are looking for a (Senior) Manager, Business &amp; Partnership Development to enforce the Future Business &amp; Innovation area in our Luxembourg HQ! In this role, you will scout potential areas of development and growth for SES, whether in investment opportunities, partnership agreements or university collaborations.</p> <p>You will be utilizing our product and technology roadmaps, as well as market data to develop and nurture needed partnerships and alliances. You will be managing existing and new partnerships and networks, but also collaborating closely with internal teams such as Engineering, IT and Market Managers.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be responsible for <em>(this is not an exhaustive list)</em>:</p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span><span>Proactively analyze product and/or technology roadmap, market, industry, venture investing and start-up data to identify gaps that may be fulfilled through strategically aligned partnership opportunities</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Develop and nurture impactful professional relationships with key industry and ecosystem influencers, connectors, and stakeholders for the purpose of strengthening existing strategic partnerships and identifying new high value/impact partnership opportunities to drive future offerings </span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Structure, compile and socialize innovation trend and technology reports on an annual, quarterly, and ad hoc basis to inform corporate strategy and as a value add to partners and clients</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Manage relationships with existing and new strategic partners, including communications, partnership status tracking and reporting, issue resolution, etc.</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Provide a clear plan to leverage partnerships with other organizations to enhance and deliver new capabilities into existing or new markets in the H2/H3 time horizons working in collaboration with market verticals and corporate development</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Communicate and network regularly with startups, corporations, VCs, universities, and other corporate innovation teams to gauge interest in innovation programs, leveraging existing network and identifying and developing new relationships with the targeted focus in accelerating the product/technology roadmap objectives</span></span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>YOUR PROFILE</b></p> <p><b><u>Must have </u></b></p> <ul> <li> <p><span><span><span>Master's Degree in Business Finance, Marketing, or Science Discipline </span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>5-7 years of experience in Telecom business or corporate development, innovation, entrepreneurship, or management consulting</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>3-5 years of proven track record and demonstrated results in strategic partnerships development and management</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Track-record to develop business cases with a focus on new business model evaluations</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Strong financial skills, including deep understanding of financial statements and ability to build P&amp;L financial models</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Experience in analysing/understanding market trends and data, translate analyses into insights, and develop, close, and execute partnership opportunities</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Experience with start-up incubators / accelerators or venture capital</span></span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span><span><span>Experience with telecommunication products and services including technologies and business models</span></span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><u>Nice to Have</u></b></p> <ul> <li>Ability to travel internationally and domestically</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU</b></p> <ul> <li>Flexible working policy</li> <li>Bonus plan</li> <li>Comprehensive and competitive benefits plan</li> <li>A range of wellness activities and employee assistance programs </li> <li>An employer that values all aspects of Diversity and respects every individual’s story</li> </ul> <p>   </p> <p><b>GOOD TO KNOW</b></p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>Embark on a career with us, where diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our driving force.
