The Department of Economic Security, Office of the Director is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Evaluation Administrator (Creative Bureau Chief). The Project Evaluation Administrator (Creative Bureau Chief) develops and implements strategic project plans to achieve agency and unit business goals and manages and oversees the Web, Video, and Graphics and Design (G&D) teams. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of the creative collateral for the Department. Works collaboratively with teams to plan, develop and execute deliverables and provides guidance to the incorporation and monitoring of UI/UX Design components for digital platforms and improving Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This position is responsible for providing high-level strategy and direction to their direct reports, as well as establish and maintain relationships with all departments and staff to establish goals, major priorities and provide clear and concise communication across all levels of leadership.

This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the department's needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties:

Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for management and oversight of projects in fulfillment of cross-system, digital media requests for internal and external communications and other agency/public facing documents and requests. Manages and provides support to Web, Video, and G&D team members. Oversees workflows and processes to ensure alignment with Agency and Division value proposition.
• Develops and implements business processes for the Video, Web Content and Graphics Design teams. Analyzes incoming video, G&D and Web Content change requests, determines complexity, and processes and assigns as appropriate. Monitors requests to ensure deadlines are being met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all department Assistant Directors to better serve the divisions by establishing goals, major priorities and provide clear and concise creative collateral across the agency. Provide backup for the Assistant Director in their absence, including serving as point of contact for the Office of Communications.
• Guides and advises Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and creative team members on best practices for providing an improved user experience. Research opportunities for user experience improvements and works with the Webmaster, Video Supervisor and G&D Lead to develop and execute a plan of action.
• Assists DES Divisions with strategic planning and implementation of communication initiatives. Provide high-level strategy and direction to creative agency relationships and contracts.
