The Opportunity:
We are seeking a collaborative, agile and forward-thinking Talent Management Integrator to join our Global Defense People Services team and Indo Pacific Business team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor for senior market leadership, driving talent strategies that align with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives. Your work will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our workforce, mitigating talent risks, and enabling success in a dynamic, global environment.
You will partner with subject matter experts across the Indo Pacific Enterprise team, International Operations, People Services Centers of Excellence, and other regional leads to co-design and deliver solutions that align with evolving business and people needs. This position is responsible for designing and executing forward-looking, integrated talent strategies – including a focus on international assignments – while driving coordinated talent planning, calibration, succession, and demand planning efforts across the region through strong teaming and shared decision-making.
As a trusted advisor, you will play a key part in building close partnerships with business leaders across the Indo-Pacific region to deeply understand organizational priorities and challenges. By engaging directly with stakeholders, you will proactively address strategic talent needs, drive workforce initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Leveraging workforce data and analytics, you will deliver actionable insights that help leaders make informed decisions on talent, risk mitigation, and workforce strategies to achieve critical business outcomes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in international human resources
2+ years of experience with project management
Experience engaging with senior leaders to provide business and people-focused solutions
Experience with HR disciplines, including demand planning, engagement, talent planning, policies and procedures, succession management, retention, internal mobility, or workforce planning
Ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and peers by supporting large-scale strategic human capital programs
Ability to independently analyze HR data, build pivot-based insights, use advanced formulas to answer business questions, and translate data into clear workforce recommendations for leaders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to work across multiple times zones daily, including in the Indo Pacific region
Ability to travel internationally and domestically when requested
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
5+ years of experience in international human resources within the Indo Pacific region
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience working in globally-oriented, matrixed organizations, including in international HR operations preferred
