Manager Finance

The base salary range for this role is $134,000 per year - $201,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. *Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence. Responsibilities

• Manage FBG’s financial processes, such as month-end reporting and variance analysis, forecasting, budget planning, annual planning
• Select, establish, maintain and track operational KPIs to enable performance management, and create alignment with the long-term financial model
• Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
• Develop and maintain externally communicated KPIs, including associated research, comparable company analysis, consolidation, data visualization and packaging
• Ad hoc financial analysis relating to key commercial and strategic projects

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
• 2+ years of finance management experience, and/or 2+ years in investment banking / private equity, with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred
• Deep experience with financial models and accounting concepts
• Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary attention to detail and strong data visualization skills
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly
• Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization
• Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
