ROLE SUMMARY
VELSIPITY is at an extremely exciting juncture, having substantially expanded the brand’s field force as of October 1, 2025. The VELSIPITY HCP Field Force Lead is a crucial role that supports the VELSIPITY HCP Team Lead in driving strategic projects across key stakeholder groups. In particular, this individual will lead all field force marketing efforts and support the strategy and execution of key HCP-focused resources. This individual will serve as an informal leader on the HCP marketing team and has the potential to manage other colleagues (e.g. marketing rotational). The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to effectively engage and lead people, comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and the demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners – especially customer-facing colleagues and sales leaders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as key liaison for the Sales team, ensuring close collaboration between Sales and Marketing in terms of pull through of field strategy.
- Lead all personal promotion efforts, including tactical strategy and execution of core assets (DSP); provide coaching and guidance to more junior colleagues in developing field facing materials
- Lead Field Force strategy, including insights and data, dynamic targeting, and other sales capabilities
- Analyze sales performance metrics and closely collaborate with senior sales leaders and IIS colleagues to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly; stand up tailored workstreams to address
- Collaborate with GCET and SMEs to oversee sales training, including identification of ongoing and ad hoc training and coaching needs
- Partner with Payer & Access team to ensure consistent messaging throughout field-facing materials and unified field-facing presence
- Partner across team to evolve the core HCP messaging platform based on new data, upcoming publications, as well as key market research insights and field force feedback
- Adapt and advance objection handling in response to field feedback and incorporate early in-market learnings
- Lead a refresh of the brand’s HCP segmentation strategy
- Lead Field Insights Team (FIT) and partner closely with sales leadership on key initiatives including POAs and preceptorships
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including Sales, Commercial Effectiveness, Medical, Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS), and Thought Leader Engagement Team (TLE) to advance critical workstreams
- Support more junior colleagues to ensure effective execution across the team
- Opportunity to indirectly manage rotational colleagues and/or contractors

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing and/or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation are essential; team-first mentality
- Ability to understand customer needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in-market results
- Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring complex programs or initiatives
- Strong business acumen, financial & forecasting skills, and ability to effectively lead and influence a cross functional/indirect team
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, to take accountability for business challenges, think strategically and boldly to tackle complex problems.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or MPH

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
