What You'll Do: 
As a Human Resources Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, responsible for front-line Human Resource leadership supporting the Deer Park, Texas site. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. This position provides HR program and strategy execution across a full spectrum of Human Resources services to support operations and business initiatives.


What We're Looking For:
•    Partner with site leadership and HR COEs in executing HR strategies and initiatives, including but not limited to onboarding, employee hire to retire lifecycle, talent acquisition, training and development, employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, strategic workforce planning and other site-specific HR work that is critical to provide effective support.
•    Administer Human Resource policies and procedures; conducting investigations, providing counsel and advice to employees and managers on Human Resource polices/practices/procedures.
•    Act as change agent and supports site leaders in planning / managing people and organization change events.
•    Coach leaders in communication and change management strategy.
•    Identify training needs for employees and individual employee coaching needs within the context of overall strategy. Plan, organize, develop material for and deliver locally required training/learning sessions. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management to optimize employee performance.
•    Identify need for compensation review of existing job/role, evaluate requirements, review internal inventory, document new job roles, responsibilities, and competencies, provide requirements to COE for evaluation and communicates results to local managers. Support managers during the disciplinary process, including development of a plan of action.
•    Possessing and modeling the organization’s cultural values reflecting a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, accountability and measurement of results.
•    Providing and analyzing HR data to support recommendations for change.
•    Supporting and managing HR systems to ensure legal compliance.
•    Leading and completing other miscellaneous projects as necessary.


Skills That Make a Difference:
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related discipline
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR partner / manager role with a broad understanding of core HR processes within HR technology & systems, talent management, and total rewards
•    3 years HR experience in a plant / manufacturing work environment
•    Excellent influential, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
•    Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Experience collaborating and building strong relationships with a team of HR professionals and plant leadership at all levels
