We are looking for you! We are hiring Senior Reporting Engineer (f/m/d). This position is based in Frankfurt .

 

What you will do 

 

·         Enhancing the Allianz Global Investors “Data Culture” to bring data intelligence into the everyday life of business users

·         Implementation of complex data solutions in a global data-driven environment.

·         Management of complex reporting solutions using Microsoft Azure technical stack: Power BI, Databricks, and SAP Business Objects

·         Working in a global IT team to provide key insight to future of business intelligence / reporting solutions for Allianz Global Investors

·         Manage and document requirements in Confluence

·         Manage and track issues in Jira project management tools

 

What you bring 

 

·         The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence and Data platforms. Specifically, SQL Server, Power BI and Reporting Services, Azure, Databricks

·         Graduate degree in science with focus on Finance and/or Math, Statistics, Informatics or equivalent education backed by certifications

·         Knowledge of Asset Management technical business process including Sales & Distribution, Trading, Compliance, Fund accounting and Finance with at least 5 years relevant work experience.

·         SQL Databases, incl. large development and implementation of relational database solutions.

·         Other technical experience: Python, C#, Salesforce, SAP Business Objects

·         Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in managing dependencies and multiple competing priorities.

·         Experience working in global agile teams.

·         Fluency in English required, German is a plus

·        Understanding of relational and dimensional data models including analytical functions

·         Data Engineering skills within the Power BI

·         MS Azure Cloud Data stack (Delta-Lake, SQL Server,) is a plus

·         SAP Business Objects (WebIntelligence, Crystal) are a plus

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Communication and collaboration skills.
