Human Resources Employee Partner:

We have an exciting onsite opportunity for a Human Resources Employee Partner at our Wichita Falls, Texas facility, supporting both salaried and hourly employees. We’re seeking a high‑energy, hands‑on HR professional who can balance tactical execution with strategic initiatives, drive positive employee relations, and contribute to a supportive and inspiring culture. What You Will Do:

Foster Positive Employee Relations & Labor Relations:

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders to provide advice and counsel on employee-related and organizational matters, serving as an employee advocate and a coach.
  • Support positive workplace relationships by helping leaders and employees navigate concerns, promote respectful interactions, and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Monitor and proactively address engagement risks, driving employee engagement strategy with available data and tools including employee surveys.
  • Assist with site-wide employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure Compliance:

  • Drive human resource compliance and ensure standardization and consistency in HR and company practices and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable governmental regulations, Environment Health & Safety policies, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the Act as the HR site focal for the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program for hourly and salaried employees.

Coach & Counsel:

  • Partner with leadership to implement and raise awareness about HR programs that support business goals and drive results in a complex matrix environment. Support People Strategy through positive employee relations.

Solve Complex Problems:

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning activities; support recruiting and retention strategies, efforts, and programs.
  • Conduct internal investigations in collaboration with Ethics with professionalism, discretion, and integrity; recommend appropriate plans of action and resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize site-level HR processes, applying a continuous improvement mindset to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of progressive HR experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 5 years of progressive HR experience.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA/MS/MA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Initiative: Highly adaptable, agile, and able to manage evolving priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Integrity: Professional maturity and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Industry Experience: Experience as a strategic HR business partner in a manufacturing environment. Experi
