Project Manager - Banking

Overview We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and tech-savvy Technical Program & Operations Contractor to support project execution and cross-functional coordination across our Technology organization. This person will play a critical role in managing multiple initiatives concurrently—from product launches to operational improvements—while also supporting ad hoc and structured data analysis projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented generalist with a background in project or program management and the technical acumen to partner effectively with engineering, product, data, and operational teams. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management • Drive execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives across the tech org (engineering, product, infrastructure, QA, etc.) • Manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, and SharePoint • Ensure operational readiness for new product launches and infrastructure changes
