Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to lead and document operational procedures, manage client onboarding processes, and collaborate with clients to identify future development opportunities. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition for new clients and fostering long-term strategic partnerships that drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding initiatives.
•    Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding execution.
•    Develop and maintain onboarding project plans, timelines, and status reports.
•    Facilitate client training sessions and ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and accessible.Procedure Documentation
•    Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of internal processes and client-facing procedures.
•    Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.
•    Implement version control and ensure documentation is aligned with compliance and quality standards.
Strategic Development & Client Collaboration
•    Engage with clients to understand evolving needs and identify opportunities for future enhancements.
•    Conduct regular feedback sessions and translate client insights into actionable development ideas.
•    Partner with product and development teams to prioritize and scope new initiatives.
Project Oversight
•    Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and deliverables.
•    Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
•    Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
 Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree preferred

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
