The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in <strong>Record to Report (RTR) operations</strong>, including general ledger and controlling.</p><p>Given the dynamic, start-up nature of our business, this role requires someone who is <strong>flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a fast-changing environment</strong> while managing day-to-day finance tasks effectively.</p><p></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Manage end-to-end accounting activities for the assigned entity</li> <li>Prepare and review of journal entries</li> <li>Prepare and review of reconciliations and other schedules required as part of the month-end and quarter-end close process</li> <li>Complete the KDN's income statement and balance sheet, including monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts</li> <li>Ensure quality of accounting to ensure compliance with KDN Finance Principles and Policies and accuracy in all financial reporting is maintained,</li> <li>Assist in finalizing intercompany reconciliation on a monthly and quarterly basis</li> <li>Assist in preparation of annual financial statements as necessary</li> <li>Work with service providers on enhancing finance and accounting systems and implementing new functionalities and reports</li> <li>Assist in preparation of working papers and any additional information for the interim and annual audit</li> <li>Support interim and annual statutory and internal audits of all KDN entities</li> <li>As needed assist in the set-up of the financial reporting for new entities including the set-up and testing of new month end reconciliations and closing entries</li> <li>Ensure quality and consistency in financial reporting</li> <li>Help to optimize the month end close process through increased automation</li> <li>Other ad hoc and special projects as assigned from time to time</li> <li>Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization in all areas of KDN Finance</li> </ul><ul> </ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong><br/></p><ul> <li>Minimum 3 years progressive financial and management accounting experience (GL, Controlling, audit, FP&amp;A)</li> <li>Knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and SOX requirements</li> <li>Experience performing financial reporting tasks for a US or UK listed company is preferred</li> <li>Minimum an undergraduate degree in preferably in finance and accounting</li> <li>CPA or other comparable accounting qualification</li> <li>Numerate with advanced Excel skills</li> <li>Fluent English language skills<br/></li> <li>Self-motivated and proven ability to manage to deadlines<br/></li> <li>Committed to delivering results with the ability to work with minimal direction</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Manages conflicting demands and priorities</li> <li>Identifies lessons learned from challenging incidents</li> <li>Actively gathers knowledge, learns from experience, and learn
