The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&amp;D team.</p><h2><span>The role</span></h2> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Senior People Systems Manager</strong> to lead our People Systems function: overseeing the design, implementation, compliance and optimization of our people-facing platforms with primary focus on HRIS. You’ll manage a small but high-impact team, act as the strategic partner to HR and the business to ensure our systems are aligned with business needs, audit-ready and scalable.</p> <p>You’ll be hands-on with tools like <strong>HiBob, Greenhouse, Expensify,</strong> etc. and serve as both the systems owner and the process architect across the employee lifecycle.</p> <p>You’re welcome to work in our office in <strong>Amsterdam, Netherlands</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of 3-5 system administrators/specialists responsible for daily support and optimization of our HR and People systems.</li> <li>Own the architecture, data integrity, documentation and process design of HR systems.</li> <li>Serve as the primary partner to HR and beyond HR stakeholders ensuring technology aligns with functional goals and compliance standards.</li> <li>Drive automation, lifecycle workflows and system integrations across the employee journey (onboarding, reviews, compensation, offboarding).</li> <li>Lead system audits and own audit readiness, including documentation, access controls and stakeholder coordination.</li> <li>Serve as a decision-maker on system configuration, changes and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We expect you to have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of experience working with HRIS and people platforms, including administration, optimization and integration.</li> <li>2+ years of people management experience.</li> <li>Strong understanding of HR operations, people processes and the systems that support them.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>HiBob, Greenhouse, NetSuite, Expensify and Microsoft Azure.</strong></li> <li>Strong communication, project leadership and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with audit controls, documentation best practices and compliance.</li> </ul> <p><span> </span> </p><p><strong>What we offer</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.</li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.</li> <li>Hybrid working arrangements.</li> <li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.</li> </ul> <p><span>We’re growing and expanding our products every day.
