The Human Resources Analyst will provide vital support to the Total Rewards Division within the Human Resources Department. The role focuses on high-quality document preparation, research, analysis, reporting and monitoring of processes and deliverables to support the division’s work program. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate the interest and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responds to Total Rewards-related inquiries from current and former employees. Delivers strong customer service and ensures timely and effective issue resolution.
2. Ensures adherence to relevant Fund policies and procedures. Contributes to the development and maintenance of divisional knowledge management.
3. Manages the mailboxes and responds to email inquiries effectively in collaboration with subject matter experts across the division.
4. Drafts, formats, and edits official documents, correspondence, reports, and briefing materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards.
5. Prepares, edits, and refines charts, tables, figures, and content for Management/Board papers and internal reports and policy papers.
6. Reviews and revises PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials to ensure clear messaging, data accuracy, and Fund-style formatting.
7. Conducts targeted research on HR and Total Rewards topics; analyzes findings and assists with the development of data-driven insights and summaries.
8. Maintains accurate records, organizes divisional files, tracks timelines, and coordinates across workstreams to support timely delivery of key outputs.
9. Monitors division’s intranet content to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
10. Performs additional administrative or project-related tasks as required to support the division.
Minimum Qualifications
A combination of training and experience equivalent to completion of a secondary school education, supplemented by a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the ideal candidate would also have:
• Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to communicate clearly and work with staff at all levels and from different departments as well as external contacts.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills; including attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent customer service orientation, learning agility and adaptability are required.
• Strong people skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to use tact, sound judgment, and utmost discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of Workday, Service Now, would be an advantage.
