OT on a Exempt Full-Time Basis Eastern Europe | ProSidian Labor Category - Engineer / Scientist V Mid Level Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541620 - DPLH Est.: 2080 Hrs. ST | 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt Full-Time Basis located OCONUS Across The Eastern Europe Region supporting the Department of Interior with international technical assistance. The technical assistance and training will be related to: 1) policy, legal, and regulatory reform; 2) technical, operational, and economic analysis; 3) financial mechanisms and market creation; 4) economic management, transparency and fiscal policy; 5) and environmental impacts and social and community issues related to resource development.
Seeking Hydrocarbon Production Engineer candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as DOI-ITAP. Provide services and support as a Government and Public Services (Hydrocarbon Production Engineer) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management Solutions for clients such as Department of the Interior, International Technical Assistance Program (DOI - ITAP) | International Technical Assistance Program Generally Located In OCONUS and across the Eastern Europe Region (Of Country/World).

- Monitor oil and gas production processes
- Design and execute workover operations
- Optimize production equipment and operations
- Oversee drilling, snubbing, and coiled tubing activities
Qualifications

- 10+ years of oil and gas engineering experience
- Expertise in gas-rich field production
- Familiarity with Western Ukraine’s geological features
