Business Consultant (AI, Data & Digital Transformation)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Consultant with 3+ years of experience who can bridge business problems with technology, data, and AI-driven solutions.

This role focuses on leveraging AI, data, and technology t o solve business problems and drive transformation. By combining process consulting, system implementation, and AI enablement, you will work with internal teams and portfolio companies to implement scalable solutions and deploy intelligent workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and tech-enabled , with hands-on exposure to Advanced Excel, AI tools, automation platforms, and system implementations .

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Transformation

• Gather and document business requirements across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
• Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in designing and implementing new processes post-acquisition.
• Evaluate process efficiency and recommend improvements using data and technology.

AI Enablement & Intelligent Automation

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Generative AI in business workflows.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and multi-step AI agents for end-to-end process automation.
• Develop and implement LLM-powered solutions (e.g., lead qualification, support automation, document processing, internal assistants).
• Design prompts, logic flows, and decision frameworks for AI-driven automation.
• Integrate AI solutions with business systems (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk, internal tools) using APIs and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI workflows for accuracy, performance, and business impact .

Software Implementation & Digital Transformation

• Assist in the implementation of enterprise tools (CRM, ERP, Helpdesk, HRMS).
• Evaluate and recommend software platforms aligned with business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support UAT, deployment, and adoption of systems.
• Implement tools to improve productivity and visibility across the business.

Data Analysis, Advanced Excel & Data Management

• Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Index-Match, dashboards, and basic data modeling).
• Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support stakeholders with actionable, data-backed insights.
• Assist in data migration activities across systems, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Support system integrations via APIs and automation platforms to enable seamless data flow.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data across tools and systems.

Post-Acquisition & Portfolio Enablement

• Assist in standardizing processes across portfolio
