Our team is spread across the globe, with significant operations in the Netherlands and India.</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>About the Role</b></span></p><p></p><p><span>As a Product Owner for our online accounting solution, Twinfield, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. You will work closely with our development teams located primarily in India, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality software delivery. </span></p><p></p><p><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with development teams in India and colleagues in Hoevelaken to deliver high-quality accounting software.</p></li><li><p>Define and prioritize new initiatives based on the product strategy in close cooperation with Product Management.</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements into technical/functional epics and user stories with the help of our Architects and Business Analysts</p></li><li><p>Oversee the progress of epics/user stories implementation, ensuring they meet the specifications.</p></li><li><p>Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve and fine-tune the software.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Communicate changes and updates to customers effectively.</p></li><li><p>Manage the product lifecycle, initiating ideas to improve and maintain the product.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Your Profile</b> </span></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business,  or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Several years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment in software development.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of the <span>accounting/accountancy</span> market is a plus.</p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English and good command of Dutch. </span></p></li><li><p>Experience with the SAFE framework is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with remote teams.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel to our offices in Pune, India (1-2 times a year).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
