Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of engineers and first-level managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Provide strategic input on departmental business and technical strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

• Acquire and allocate resources effectively for departmental activities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Provide technical management of suppliers, ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the department.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports to facilitate collaboration and communication.

• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Manage, develop, and motivate employees and first-level managers, promoting professional growth and development within the team.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

• Proven experience in managing engineering teams, particularly in Systems.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and policies.

• Experience in managing supplier relationships and overseeing technical processes.

Summary Pay Range:

$171,700 - $232,300
